After two platforms that never adapted to the model — overselling, slow manual scanning, confusing reports and no cash-out system — Microteatro needed a box office designed specifically for combined plays and high rotation.
The Solution
A custom-built box office for Microteatro: a single cart that bundles every play and pays in one step via Mercado Pago, QR validation under one second at the door, real-time availability in the box-office panel and the ability to invite, print or sell carts directly from it. The cash-out tool covers discounts and bigbox to prevent losses, reviews are requested automatically 24 h after the event, and an AI agent segments audiences to push new plays. The whole team now runs Microteatro from the Fanz mobile app: QR validation in every room, live availability between plays and instant cash-out notifications — with Fanzly on hand 24/7 to train the remarketing bot and fire off campaigns without opening a laptop.
