Turistearte invites locals to rediscover Buenos Aires through performative walks. With Eventbrite, tickets lived on an external site with diluted branding and weak SEO, payouts were delayed, door scanning was slow and manual, and attendee messages had to be copied into emails by hand. The brand was hidden and cash flow unpredictable.
